Course Overview

ALL DATES ARE CURRENTLY PROVISIONAL AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

The aim of this module is for students to develop their knowledge and skills to prepare for practice as a company secretary, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with good governance principles and the regulations of the jurisdiction in which it operates.

Course length: 9 live online afternoon sessions and 1 live online Saturday session

Course times: 4pm-6pm (Tues) and 9.30am-11.30am (Sat)

Course start date: Tuesday 25th August 2026

Course end date: Tuesday 27th October 2026

Saturday date: Saturday 10th October 2026

Please note that there will not be a class on Tuesday 15th September.

Examination date: Thursday 19th November 2026
