The approach to this course is that, for each key syllabus area, a short amount of time is spent going through the relevant learning knowledge before practising the type of examination question that arise in the examination. The programme is designed to be engaging and seeks to develop students application of knowledge to examination questions.

Where appropriate, the module will also cover relevant corporate governance topics and the relationship between company law and corporate governance.
