Course Overview

The aim of this module is for students to develop their knowledge and skills to prepare for practice as a company secretary, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with good governance principles and the regulations of the jurisdiction in which it operates.

Course length: 9 live online evening sessions and 1 live online Saturday session

Course times: 6:15pm-8:45pm (Wed) and 10am-1pm (Sat)

Course start date: Wednesday 26th August 2026

Course end date: Wednesday 28th October 2026

Saturday date: Saturday 26th September 2026

Please note that there will not be a class on Wednesday 2nd September.

Examination date: Thursday 19th November 2026
