Terri Le Courteur
Terri is the Organisational Law & Compliance Tutor on the MSc Governance at KCB. She is a Chartered Governance Professional and the Founding Director of TLC Governance, where she advises boards, executives and governance teams across listed, private and not‑for‑profit organisations. She specialises in corporate governance frameworks, subsidiary governance, the evolving role of the Company Secretary, and governance‑related forensic review work.
Terri delivers governance training for The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and has contributed written materials to the Institute’s CSQS programme. She is involved with the Sports Governance Academy and also delivers AI governance masterclasses, exploring emerging technologies and their impact on governance practice. Terri is a regular speaker at governance conferences in the UK and internationally.
She is a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and holds an MSc in Corporate Governance.
