Rachel Wall

Rachel has lectured for several CGI modules since 2021, bringing extensive senior-level experience across all aspects of corporate governance. Her professional background spans both small and large privately owned organisations, including complex group structures and internationally focused businesses.

In addition to UK-based roles, Rachel has significant experience working with offshore entities and jurisdictions. This includes supporting boards and senior management on governance frameworks, statutory compliance, and regulatory obligations across multiple legal and cultural environments.

Alongside her executive career, Rachel has held several voluntary positions as a Trustee and Charity Secretary, further strengthening her practical insight into board dynamics, fiduciary duties, and purpose-driven governance. She brings a pragmatic, values-led approach to teaching, grounding theory in real-world governance challenges and best practice.

  • Rachel has gone above and beyond to provide extra materials, marking our homework and relating the work to the context of real life and case studies.
  • Rachel’s slides on the case study this week were excellent – probably the best study support slide deck I have seen yet, a real testament to her expertise
