Course Overview

The aim of this module is for students to develop their knowledge and skills to prepare for practice as a company secretary, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with good governance principles and the regulations of the jurisdiction in which it operates.

Course Length: 9 online live evening sessions and 1 online live Saturday morning session (Saturday 27th September)

Course Times: 6.15pm-8.45pm (Wednesdays) and 10am-1pm (Saturday)

Course Start Date: Wednesday 27th August 2025 

Course End Date: Wednesday 22nd October 2025

Examination Date: Thursday 20th November 2025
