Course Overview

The aim of this module is for students to develop their knowledge and skills to prepare for practice as a company secretary, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with good governance principles and the regulations of the jurisdiction in which it operates.

Course Length: 9 live online evening sessions and 1 live online Saturday morning session (Saturday 28th March)

Course Times: 6.15pm-8.45pm (Weds) and 10am-1pm (Sat)

Course Start Date: Wednesday 4th March 2026

Course End Date: Wednesday 6th May 2026

Examination Date: 11th June 2026
