Course Overview
The aim of this module is for you to develop your knowledge and skills to prepare for practice as a company secretary ensuring that the company operates in a accordance with good governance principles and the regulation of the jurisdiction in which it operates.
Course length: 9 live online evening sessions and 1 live online Saturday morning session (Saturday 28th March)
Course times: 6.15pm-8.45pm (Weds) and 10am-1pm (Sat)
Course start date: Wednesday 4th March 2026
Course end date: Wednesday 6th May 2026

Examination date: 11th June 2026
